Introduction: Amiodarone-induced thyrotoxicosis(AIT) is a condition fraught with difficulties from the diagnostic and therapeutic standpoints. It can be developed precociously or years after the beginning amiodarone uptake and after its suspension. AIT is subdivided in three different forms.
